Scope
This page describes how Harbor handles information collected through the public website, live demos, and managed pilot engagements. Customer-specific contracts can add more specific processing terms for a given deployment.
Baseline commitments: Harbor does not sell personal data, and Harbor does not use customer call audio or transcripts to train models by default.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details, demo and pilot request submissions, operator console activity, agent configuration data, call metadata, and, when a workflow is configured to capture them, call recordings or transcripts.
How we use it
We use this information to run demos and pilots, operate the product, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Call content is processed only as needed for the workflow you asked Harbor to run.
Payments and commercial data
The public site does not currently offer self-serve card checkout. If billing is part of a managed pilot or commercial agreement, payment handling happens through the tooling and contract chosen for that engagement.
Hosting, retention, and transfers
Where data is stored and how long it is retained depends on the providers and workflow configured for a given demo or pilot. Do not assume regional residency, fixed retention windows, or specific transfer mechanisms unless they are stated in writing for your deployment.
Your rights
If applicable law gives you access, correction, deletion, or related privacy rights, email privacy@harbor.ai. Harbor will handle requests in line with the law and any contract that governs the relevant deployment.
